Just when you thought it was safe to come out of the house, the world's most notorius hard rock band is back. The Crüe have returned with Saints of Los Angeles, their first CD with the original lineup in over a decade and the ninth studio album in their career. Based on the autobiographical events with very personal lyrics, the revealing CD offers tremendous insight into the lives of the rebellious leaders of the "L.A. sleaze rock movement".Coinciding with the release, Mötley Crüe kicks off Crüe Fest, headlining their version of the Next Great American Rock Festival. The inaugural tour includes Blackberry, Papa Roach, Trapt and Sixx:AM (Nikki's own). The 40-city tour kicks off on July 1st.
In my opinion, they sound as good as ever; proves what was once good can still be. Recommended whether you are (or were) a fan or not.
