If you are anywhere near North Florida, specifically north and east of Jacksonville in Atlantic Beach, you might feel the ground shake from time to time. No, it's nothing geological; it's likely a band called What About Me. Consisting of four guys that are doing their best to make sure you don't get any sleep, What About Me has flat got PTR* figured out. From the tribal pounding drums on Kodiak to the hard guitars on Hats Off To You, WAM's new self-titled CD will prime you for anything the day(and night) throw your way. The band is having a CD release party on June 19th at Jacksonville Beach's Landshark Cafe, and if you dare you'll join them there. We're going to try and make it but with today's launch pending a reschedule we are in state of flux as far as time goes. But don't let us not being there stop you, you'd be cheating yourself if you missed the party. It won't be hard to find it, just look for the shaking building. And tell Mr. Sloppy we said howdy.
